Digital Program Manager (m/w/d)

Your profile

  • Degree in the MINT subjects or similar field

  • Initial experience as a software engineer, ideally in medium-sized companies or  a start-up

  • Experience in front-end web application frameworks such as Angular 

  • Knowledge of the standard programming languages, such as Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript or Go  

  • Awareness of Clean Code and high code quality standards

  • Ability to learn quickly about new topics as well as  willingness to learn new programming languages if necessary  

  • Interest in exchanging ideas and knowledge with colleagues as well as an external network so that you always stay up to date with latest technologies and development methods (SAFe, Canvas, Media Queries, Responsive Design, GIT) 

  • Enjoying to communicate and work as part of an interdisciplinary team 

  • Ideally, experience in the  field of design , such as in collaboration with product, industrial, interaction or UX designers, working according to Design Thinking methods 

  • Very good knowledge of German and English 

Your tasks

  • Development of state-of-the-art user interfaces, interaction concepts and HMI interfaces for products, goods and machines in industrial goods, automotive or medical technology 

  • Reviewing codes, creating prototypes and low- as well as high-fidelity mock-ups, APIs and driving software integration forward 

  • Offering technical advice to customers and team colleagues at our three sites; fostering development of further technical excellence

  • Responsibility for sub-projects and close collaboration with our UX designers 

  • Interface function to external IT service providers
