More than 130,000 visitors attended the much anticipated EMO Hannover 2017 fair to discover the current design trends in the metalworking sector. One big topic which was buzzing around the fair was ‘Industry 4.0’. It was certainly an opportunity to measure just how far the metal working industry has come in the digitalization of the metal machine processes. We at Schindler were there to find out, as well as exploring the latest design and technology trends.
